How do I exhibit at the London Gaming Market?
Everyone is welcome to exhibit at the gaming market - from established online stores to individuals selling off their duplicate games. Tables can be booked by contacting us through the exhibitor form.
What time should I arrive?
As the market is very busy we ask that you do not arrive too far in advance of your ticket time!
Will those who purchase advance entry definately get priority?
Yes. Doors will open at 10:30 for people who wish to get early entry. Second door entry will commence at 12:00 giving advance entry attendees a full hour and a half before everyone else.
What is the price of an entry ticket?
Advance entry tickets cost £8.00 plus booking fee. Second door tickets and third door entry cost £5.00 plus booking fee. Fourth door costs £3.50 plus booking fee or can be purchased on the door at this time. Please note to prevent overcrowding we will be introducing a one-in-one-out system during busy time with priority given to online purchases.
Is there parking at the venue?
There are several pay and display car parks within walking distance of the venue.
Are there concessions for carers and PAs?
Yes, a carer/PA will be admitted free of charge with a paying attendee that has additional needs.
Do I need a ticket for my child?
Under 16s need to pay for entry before 15:00. Under 16s are free after this time with a paying adult. Under 5s go free any time.
Can I take photographs and videos at the event?
Photography and video is permitted, however we ask that you do not bring large cameras and equipment that will cause a trip hazard or disrupt others enjoyment of the show.
